Intensive Spanish language course in Cuernavaca

The Province VII Center for Hispanic Ministries is offering an intensive course in Spanish for those interested in developing their ministry in the language of the Angels, from July 3-14, in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico.

Prerequisite: Minimum of one semester of Spanish required

The course will consist of:

q Daily instruction for 4 hours in Spanish. The students will be divided by level into classes of instruction up to four hours a day. Native Spanish speaking teachers.

q Housing in the Diocesan Center of the Diocese of Cuernavaca in dormitory fashion or in homes with Mexican families or in private rooms.

qDaily worship in Spanish, opportunities to preside and preach.

qAfternoon tours of Cuernavaca

The cost of the course is $1,400 US. This includes tuition, food and housing in dormitory style rooms.

Continuing Education Credit -- The Diocese of Texas will award 12 CEUs (theological/academic) for completion of this program. Persons from other dioceses should contact their diocesan CEU administrator for course approval.

Please note -- Reservations for the Course must be made by April 30, 2006, with a $700 deposit. Deposit is not refundable after May 21.

Maximum enrollment is 25 persons. The course must have 8 persons enrolled or it will be cancelled and deposits will be returned.
