Are you considering attending seminary to prepare for lay or ordained ministry?

Visitors Weekend at the Episcopal Seminary of the Southwest March 28-30 gives you the opportunity to join fellow seekers who are striving to be faithful to Christ.
Explore a renewed vision of what it means to live out the Gospel in our changing world.

Throughout the weekend you will get a feel for the seminary campus and its community. There will be small group activities that allow for discussion of formation and vocational discernment, community life, finances, housing and academics. Students will be available to discuss
why they chose the Seminary of the Southwest and
the impact of that choice.

Staged annually by seminarians, this vocational discernment event begins on Friday afternoon and
concludes mid-day on Sunday.

Registration deadline for the Spring Weekend is March 12.

The Seminary of the Southwest is committed to the multifaceted mission of the church. The seminary’s curriculum reflects that missionary focus by combining theory
and practice with personal experiences in a variety of multicultural settings.

Registration for Visitors Weekend is $45. Contact the Admissions Office or phone 512.472.4133 for a brochure.
