ATLA (American Theological Library Association).  Besides news and information from and about ATLA, contains hotlinks to several library catalogs.

Berkeley Digital Library Sunsite.  Includes libweb, what is "probably the most complete index to library Web sites in the world. Also a subject list of websites, evaluated and classified by librarians. Lots of digital files, including 28,000 images from the collections of the Bancroft Library at Berkeley.

Emory University.

ETSS Online Catalog. 

Harvard University.   Use the HOLLIS system to search the catalogs of Harvard. This includes the Andover-Harvard Theological Library.  Under each subject area, you find hotlinks to other sources: you may leap directly to the British Museum Library, the Boston Consortium of Theological Libraries, or the University of California library system.

Harry Ransom Humanities Research Center at the University of Texas.

Internet Public Library.  Links to more than 7,600 full-text written works online. Includes a reference center to help reference librarians (or you) answer difficult questions.

Kesler Circulating library.  For rural ministers in the south.

Library of Congress.  Search the Library of Congress catalog and get lots of other information as well.

The Master’s Seminary. Evangelical, and emphasizing that they exist for the education of "men," this seminar still provides an example of how well organized a website can be.

New York Public Library.

St. Edward's University Library.  Choose Web Catalog

St. Mark's Library, Joint Library of Union Theol. Seminary (N.Y) and General Theol. Seminary.

St. Mary’s University. Connects to on-line bibliographies and tools in many academic subject areas: American Religion Data Archive (statistics); Theology; Philosophy; Book of Common Prayer; Bible; Papal Encyclicals; Quran; etc.
