Religion & Labor Network of Austin is an alliance of religious leaders, labor organizations, community groups, and concerned individuals who have joined together to advocate for justice and dignity for all working women and men. Pets and Other Animals

Pawmatch - A new Austin organization which aims to save the lives of pets, working to find them new homes. Its work included aid to pets which were threatened or harmed by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
Thundering Paws -- A no-kill, non-profit animal sanctuary near Austin. In September, 2003, they provided a home for 70 cats, two dogs, and two bunnies. They provide much of the necessary medical care along with a lot of love and attention.
